can save time and money keeping our nation safe and connecied by making a simple call
to 311 in advance ofany digging project. waiting the required amount oflime, respecting
the marked lines by maintaining visual definition throughout the course of the
excavation, and rinauy, digging with care around tire marks; and
WHEREAS, all parties agree that safe digging is a shared responsibility. To know
vdiats beiow, call 811 before you dig:

proclaim Aprii 2019 as
SAFE DIGGING MONTH
in the state of Mississippi and encourage excavators and homeowners throughout the
