he Executive Committee of the Enforcement Board meets every month to review Alleged Violation Reports (AVRs)
submitted since the previous meeting and to review any that have been held over from that meeting.
Enforcement action is taken when the AVR is determined to be a violation of the State’s dig law. The enforcement action taken can range from training to civil penalties or both.
In the graphs below, you’ll find some comparative statistics you may find interesting. The overwhelming reason so many AVRs are rejected by the Executive Committee is the lack of or no documentation submitted to support the allegation.
You are encouraged to submit an AVR anytime a violation is committed. However, submitting an AVR without uploading supporting documentation such as photos, sketches, work orders, notes or other documentation specific to the violation will most likely be rejected by the Committee.
